# Netwave Tech Labs ISP Platform Terms and Conditions

## 1. Who we are
The ISP Platform ("the Platform") is operated by Netwave Tech Labs ("we",
"us"). It provides internet service providers ("ISPs", "you") with tools
to sell internet plans, collect payments, manage customers, staff and
network access.
## 2. Your account
You must give accurate business information, including your registered
legal business name, and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all
activity under your account and your staff accounts, and for keeping
passwords and verification codes confidential.
## 3. Payments and settlement
Customer payments are collected through the Platform's payment providers
and split at the provider: the Platform's commission is retained and the
remainder settles to your verified settlement account, which must be held
in your registered legal business name. Commission rates are shown in your
payment settings. Gateway fees are borne as shown there.
## 4. Your customers
You are the internet service provider to your customers. You are
responsible for the service you sell, your plans and prices, customer
support, and complying with the laws and regulations that apply to you,
including consumer protection, telecommunications and data protection
laws.
## 5. Data
You control your customers' personal data and must have a lawful basis to
process it. We process it on your behalf to run the Platform, keep it
secure, and do not sell it. We keep audit and financial records as needed
to operate the Platform and meet legal obligations.
## 6. Acceptable use
You must not use the Platform for fraud, to process payments for
anything other than your own internet services, to breach anyone's
rights, or to interfere with the Platform's security or other ISPs.
## 7. Suspension
We may suspend access to protect customers, the Platform or other ISPs,
for non-payment of Platform fees, or for breach of these terms. We will
tell you why unless the law prevents it.
## 8. Changes
We may update these terms. New versions apply once published and
accepted; we record which version you accepted and when.
## 9. Liability
The Platform is provided with reasonable care and skill. To the extent
the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for losses
caused by payment providers, network operators or events outside our
reasonable control.
